Hello Derby Fans,
I would like to introduce myself; I’m Kyle Mongillo’s father, Ray Mongillo II. I am the
gentleman (LOL) that you saw at topside the past couple of years staging the race.
This past month i was elected to be this year’s derby director. For the first time in 35
years we will be starting a race year without our beloved leader Don Lenox, God bless
his soul. To start off the New Year I’ve moved the location and time to accommodate
ALL OF OUR MEMBERS. That’s right I want to see everybody attend our monthly
meetings. Please don’t feel like you don’t know enough or have not raced enough in
derby or that you don’t belong to a click. We want to “KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE” as
per Don’s wishes. In order to accomplish this I want to welcome everyone, past and
present members to the meetings. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions,
suggest ideas or comment on past races. You have an opportunity to set the course
for the future of Lower Bucks County Soap Box Derby; your children are counting on
you and so am i!
